Anorexia My NightMare (teen talk part 2)

Being a teen im suffering from anorexia. Actually i hate being so thin, for me its a nightmare >.< I know no one is perfect but the body catches the attention of the other people around you. Many teens like me suffering from anorexia too.



Anorexia is
an eating disorder where people starve themselves. Anorexia usually begins in weight loss young people around the onset of puberty. Individuals suffering from anorexia have extreme . Weight loss is usually 15% below the person's normal body weight. People suffering from anorexia are very skinny but are convinced that they are overweight. Weight loss is obtained by many ways. Some of the common techniques used are excessive exercise, intake of laxatives and not eating.

Anorexics have an intense fear of becoming fat. Their dieting habits develop from this fear. Anorexia mainly affects adolescent girls.

People with anorexia continue to think they are overweight even after they become extremely thin, are very ill or near death. Often they will develop strange eating habits such as refusing to eat in front of other people. Sometimes the individuals will prepare big meals for others while refusing to eat any of it.

The disorder is thought to be most common among people of higher socioeconomic classes and people involved in activities where thinness is especially looked upon, such as dancing, theater, and distance running.

Ive taken so many Gain Weighing Vitamins to enhance my body but i think any of these are not working. I eat a lot. I sleep a lot. Many were saying that Im not gonna Gain my weight, this is me for future because my mom too, even she is 40 years old she is thin too. Im getting so insecure,confused, so obsessed to have a great figure yes i do have a pretty face, but a great figure?naaaa.
Let me share to you on what i have taken, and steps that i did:

First i had taken many vitamins such as enervon, appetins, mosegor, and many more. But i think they are useless. I searched on what are the tips on how to gain weight, they are useless too. What should i do?I dont want to waste my money again on those useless info. Can you help?
